Iron Candy burrs represent the latest evolution in Ceado’s grinding technology, developed to actively influence the coffee’s flavor profile, now available.

Iron Candy are Ø83 mm flat burrs made of K110 steel with an advanced nano coating. They are designed to actively influence particle size distribution and improve coffee extraction.

The three-stage cutting geometry and the high density of finishing teeth are engineered to reduce particle dispersion and improve extraction uniformity.

The result is:

  • Higher TDS
  • Fuller body
  • Enhanced sweetness
  • Greater cup roundness

Iron Candy burrs are optimized to maximize sweetness and extraction consistency, with a lifespan of up to 1000 kg depending on coffee and roast profile.
